Meet the Team
Hi! My name is Katie and I am so excited to be RCFG’s president for the upcoming year! I am a 4th-year student specializing in Management with a double focus in finance and international business. My favourite designer brands are Chloé, Gucci, and Chanel, but my closet is mainly Aritzia, Reformation, or pieces from Toronto boutiques and thrift stores! I first got involved in RCFG in my 2nd year as I had always been passionate about the beauty and fashion industry and loved that this club allowed me to share my passion with other Rotman students! I am looking forward to working with the team this year to create events and content that inspire other students interested in fashion!
Hi, my name is Annie and I am pursuing a management specialist with focuses in finance and marketing. My interest in fashion began with my fine arts background and love for brands like Christian Dior, Palm Angles, and YSL. After joining Rotman Commerce Fashion Group in 2018, I’ve met and worked with talented designers, successful industry professionals, and creative students during various events that we were able to organize ourselves. Now, in my third consecutive year, I am excited to have the opportunity to be the Vice President of RCFG and create more opportunities for new students to learn and network in the fashion industry.

Hey fashionistas! My name is Raisa (rye-yuh). I’m a second-year specialising in Management (with a focus in marketing + strategy & innovation). My favorite high-end brands are Alexander McQueen, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, & Valentino. Some of my fav brands to shop at are Urban Outfitters, PrettyLittleThing, and Zara. I would describe my daily fashion style as simple, slightly edgy, & feminine. I try to opt for more plain outfits but complete the look with a statement necklace or earrings. The reason I joined RCFG was that I wanted to attend fashion events and find shopping buddies! So excited to meet the first years/freshmen this year (btw feel to ask me any qs on Insta @raisajaro, I’m always down to help and make new friends!)
Hi! My name is Sophia, I am a third year student specializing in Management with a double focus in finance and international business. I love shopping at thrift stores for unique finds but if you ask me what i’m wearing it’ll usually be Aritzia, Reformation, or lululemon. I love being a part of the RCFG community and got involved to have a unique student life experience centered on my passion for clothing. I look forward to all of the new events we have planned for 2020/21 and hope to see you all there!
Hello everyone! My name is Soyun (Esther) Park. I’m in my fourth year specializing in Management with a focus in marketing and strategy & innovation. I first joined RCFG 3 years ago, with interests to learn more about the fashion industry and to share my passion in fashion, and I have met amazing people and have gained wonderful experience since then! I love shopping at a variety of different brands (from SPA brands to high fashion) that represent my style. Three words to describe my style is classic, chic, and sparkly. I also love to add a ‘finishing touch’ to my outfits using statement jewelry pieces. I can’t wait to learn more about the fashion business industry and style tips through upcoming events and I hope to see everyone there!
Hi, I’m Adam and I’m happy to be coming back as RCFG’s finance director! I’m a 4th year student specializing in Management with a double focus in finance and strategy. Right now, I like what I see coming from Burberry as I’m a fan of Riccardo Tisci’s work. But aside from that, I’m a Vans kinda guy. I’ve been involved in RCFG from the beginning because it’s given me the opportunity to be a part of the Rotman community with my friends. The fashion industry interests me for many reasons, such as its impact on culture, but also for its relevance to world issues such as equality and sustainability. Looking forward to an amazing senior year 🙂
Hey team. My name’s Yue and I’m going into my third year at Rotman. I’ll be specializing in Finance and Economics and I’m proud to be joining RCFG for my second year. I love fashion as a form of self expression and I’m disappointed I can’t show off some fire fits in class this year, as well as get flexed on by students dripping in designer. I was super into streetwear for a few years but nowadays I’m a sucker for a nice polo or button up. I can’t wait for this coming year and all the amazing things we got lined up. See you!
Hiya! My name is Juliet and I’m one of the directors of events this upcoming year! I’m going into my third year at Rotman, focusing in finance, international business, and strategy + innovation. The first thing I did when I started at Rotman was search to get involved with a fashion club – I love that this school allows you to explore your interests and fashion is definitely one of mine. Some of my favourite brands are Miu Miu, Dior, Frank and Oak, Reformation, Hermes, Chloe, Fendi, Prada, and Chanel (to name a few) – you can also catch me thrifting at Value Village. I’m looking forward to working on some amazing events that we have lined up with some exciting club collabs! A fun fact about me is that I’m a lefty, so apparently that means I’m creative?
Hey! My name is Ishita and I’m a director of events this year! I’m going into my last year at Rotman, specializing in Management with a focus in marketing and strategy & innovation. I have always been passionate about fashion and being part of RCFG helped combine my passion for Fashion and Business. Some of my favourite brands to shop from are; Revolve, Aritzia, Zara, TopShop, Urban Outfitters, and of course my mom’s wardrobe. A fun/ random fact about me is that I love upcycling and experimenting with my clothes.
Hey, my name is Wes, and I am a third year student with a specialist in Accounting. I joined RCFG in my Second Year and was particularly interested in the ethics behind fast fashion, and the manufacturing of clothing. Some of my favourite brands are Burberry, Frank and Oak, and Daniel Wellington. A fun fact about me is that I always drink two coffees before an exam.
Heyo! My name is Pranjal and I am a fourth-year student specialising in Management with a focus in Marketing + Strategy and Innovation. Although my favourite brands are Zara and H&M, I prefer thrift shopping more. I am not a big fan of luxury brands but will gladly receive Balenciaga or Gucci sneakers as a gift 😛 I recently became interested in fashion and sustainability and thought I could create some impact by becoming a part of RCFG.
Hi! My name is Heather, and I am a third year student at RC with a specialist in management and focusing in Strategy and FSA. In joining RCFG, I wanted to explore my newfound love for fashion after spending all of high school in a uniform, but then it turns out that the only brand I go for is aritzia (and the occasional asian brands for online hauls). I get it: I’m basic, and the blazer and checkered skirt life never left me. A fun fact about me is that I’m a competitive debater.
My name is Emily, I’m a second year specialising in Management with a focus in strategy/innovation and international business. Some of my favourite brands are Chanel, Dior, and D&G, but I also love Reformation, Aritzia, and Sèzane to shop at normally. I got involved with RCFG to be a part of a community of people that love fashion as much as I do. For the upcoming year I’m excited for all the amazing events I get to help plan, and hopefully returning to campus at some point!
Hi there! My name is Anna and I am a second-year management specialist. Though I don’t have a favourite clothing brand, I love making clothing; my design inspiration often comes from classic brands and garments that have stood the test of time. I am excited to surround myself with people who share my love of fashion and hope to explore new career opportunities within the business realm of the fashion industry. I look forward to meeting all of you in the months to come!
Hey! My name is Silvia. I am an incoming third year specializing in finance & economics. I’m always passionate about designers who use minimalism to create a strong image, like Bottega Veneta; who add vintage elements to modern trends, like I Am Gia; and who combine chic and leisure, like Alexander Wang. Can’t wait to meet more fashion & vintage lovers and share amazing styles with you guys!
Hey! I’m Lesley and I’m an incoming third-year specializing in Finance and Economics. Most of my closet consists of stuff from stores like Zara, Aritzia and Urban Outfitters. I joined RCFG because I wanted to get involved in opportunities that blended my interests in both business and fashion. This year, I’m looking forward to seeing how our events look like in virtual form, and am hopeful for a return to campus!
Hi guys, My name is Emmeline Lin. I’m a second year student specializing in Finance and Economics. I appreciated the opportunity to join RCFG as an intern last year, where I met lots of incredible people. For the upcoming year, I’ll be one of the marketing committee members. My favorite brands are Oak + Fort and Tory Burch. I can’t wait to meet you all at our amazing events!
Hi! My name is Kelly and I am a second-year student specializing in management. Chanel, Dior, and Chloé are my favourite designer brands, but I love Lululemon, Aritzia, and Uniqlo for casual daily wear. I am also a huge fan of styling with vintage pieces, and sometimes sew my own clothes that are unique and fun to wear! I am so excited to be a part of RCFG to share my passion with the community and meet people with the same interests. Can’t wait to see everyone at upcoming events!
